Our name is a promise: The Taste From Origin. From Ethiopia's high plateaus where coffee was born, to the cool Black Sea valleys; with one bond — loyalty to the source. Every bean we source, in every cup it reaches, carries its origin.

To transform beans carefully selected from Ethiopia's high plateaus into an experience where traditional and contemporary brewing methods meet. To serve in every cup a coffee that respects its source and is crafted with mastery.

Our name is our promise. To understand a coffee, you must start where it was born — the high mountains of Ethiopia, the homeland of the coffee bean. The journey that begins there extends to the lake of Uzungöl; completed by the farmer's labour, the roaster's craft, the barista's precision, and the customer's patience.
